The 14 SHL teams for the 2025/26 Season

The Super Handball League (SHL) enters the 2025/26 season with fourteen participating clubs from the Netherlands and Belgium. The teams below are listed in alphabetical order by club name.

Compared to last season, the SHL welcomes four new teams:

• B&B Healthcare/WHC-Hercules (NL)

This expansion creates a broader and more competitive league field.
